Lasercut Storage Bins

I have a small workshop space in a spare bedroom at home. Like many people that work in small shops I try to find ingenious ways to use every part of the buffalo. My latest improvements are some laser-cut plywood storage bins for small tools and parts, designed to mount to the sides of the hutch over my electronics workbench.

These have a conventional slot-and-tab construction but the front has flexible portions that let it curve into the sides; it's glued to the bottom to enforce the desired radius. I designed everything in Solidworks and the parts have some parameters that are driven by a text file, which made it easy to output it in three different heights: 2 inch, 3 inch, and 5 inch. Mine are made out of 1/8 inch birch plywood but the thickness is parameterized as well.
